Our personnel are our strength and represent wide spectrum of disciplines namely Engineering, Law, Safety, Environment, Insurance, Legal and Finance.

Our technical team has more than 15 years of extensive experience in providing risk management services to diverse industrial as well as non-industrial sectors for both public and private organizations. Our experience ranges from industries sectors such as chemicals, petrochemicals, fertilizers, cement, oil, gas and energy (offshore and onshore), ports & harbours, terminals and associated facilities, mining, power, steel/ metallurgical, pharmaceuticals, engineering, printing, textiles, food related, automobiles, information technology/ telecommunications, IT enabled services, etc. as well as non-industrial sectors such as hotels, banks, offices, real estate developers & construction companies, design/ management consultants and regulatory bodies. Telos’ personnel have the capability of providing innovative solutions for even the most complex and challenging assignments considering the vast wealth of technical expertise and experience gathered over number of years coupled with continual training.

Mr. Reuben E. Abrahams is B. Sc. in Chemistry, holds Diploma in Industrial Safety, is an Associate of Insurance Institute of India and is a Member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, UK.

Mr. Abrahams has 34 years of experience, of which 23 years is related to safety and risk management. This experience has been gained in various industries which includes chemicals, petrochemical, fertiliser, chemical terminal, port and harbours, automobile, engineering, cement, foundry, building, hotels etc.

Mr. Abrahams’ areas of expertise include Risk Assessment Study, HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), Safety Audit, Risk Survey, Disaster Management Planning, Training etc.

Mr. Abrahams is the erstwhile Chief Executive Officer of Tata AIG Risk Management Services Ltd.

Mr. Pramod Bhandary is B. Com., LLB, ICWA (Inter) and a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India.

Mr. Bhandary has 26 years of accounts / insurance related experience with Batliboi & Co. Ltd., Prudential Insurance Oman branch and Tata AIG Risk Management Services Ltd. His areas of expertise include general management, insurance consultancy to corporate clients, reinsurance, claims management etc.

Mr. Bhandary is the erstwhile Chief Operating Officer of Tata AIG Risk Management Services Ltd.

Mr. Khushal Jhaveri is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University. He had subsequently worked with a registered Insurance and Reinsurance Broker in London.

On returning from London, with first hand experience in Insurance Broking, he completed Management Education Programme (MEP) a residential General Management Course from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Khushal subsequently established Indetrak Insurance Services, providing Reinsurance services to Indian Insurance Companies and General Insurance Services to Indian Corporations, in India and Europe. In this stint he dealt with major reinsurers in Singapore, Hong Kong and London. Indetrak has successfully placed risk of some major Mutual Funds and ITES companies.

Khushal has experience in risks of Financial Institutions (Cyber Crime, E&O), IT Companies, Pharma Companies (Clinical Trials), Multi Modal Operators Liability, Venture Capital and Media Companies.

Mr. Walter Pereira is a Bachelor of Commerce, Associate of Insurance Institute of India, Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute - London, Associate of Indian Institute of Surveyors and Loss Adjusters and Member of International Institute of Loss Adjusters Inc., Illinois - U.S.A.

Mr. Pereira has about 30 years of experience in Insurance industry. He started his career with New India Assurance in 1973. He currently is in overall charge of operations of a survey and loss adjusting firm in Sultanate of Oman. He worked as a Manager of Prudential Assurance Company in Muscat until 1989. He has been active in Survey and Loss Adjusting since 1976. He has extensive experience in all facets of survey and claims handling in Oman having worked here since 1976. He has extensive experience in handling large and complicated Insurance claims in Fire and allied perils, Money and Fidelity Guarantee, Liability, Contract and Erection works, Consequential Loss, Marine and Risk Survey.

Mr. Pereira has handled surveys on board the ships involving damage to containers, break-bulk cargo, bulk grain and discharge supervision.

Dr. Aniruddha Agnihotri is an M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay. He also has an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from John Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA. He is also a certified lead auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 9000: 2000 systems.

Dr. Agnihotri has about 10 years of research and professional experience in environmental engineering and management. He has served as Regional Officer with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and also with prestigious firms like Jacobs H&G and Ernst & Young.

His areas of expertise include Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Audit & Due Diligence, Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Training, Waste Minimisation & Pollution Prevention, Indian Environmental Legislation, Air Quality Modelling, Treatability studies and treatment technologies, Design-engineering of effluent & sewage treatment plants, Risk Surveys etc.

Mr. Sadhan Mukherjee is B. E. in Civil Engineering and M. Tech. (IIT Bombay) in Environmental Science & Engineering. He is also a certified lead auditor for ISO 14001 and SA 8000 systems.

Mr. Mukherjee has about 9 years of environmental / risk management consultancy experience. His areas of expertise include Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Audit & due diligence, Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Social Accountability Management System (SA 8000), Waste Minimisation & Pollution Prevention, Air Quality Modelling, Noise Modelling, Training, Indian Environmental Legislation, Risk Survey etc.

Mr. Mukherjee is erstwhile Asst. General Manager of Tata AIG Risk Management Services Ltd. He also has working experience with Ernst & Young.

Mr. Patil has 5 years of design and engineering experience with Kvaerner Power Gas India Ltd. Mr. Patil has additional 3 years of risk management experience in erstwhile Tata AIG Risk Management Services Ltd.

Mr. Patil’s areas of expertise include insurance consultancy to corporate clients, reinsurance, claims management, risk survey, HAZOP, risk analysis, safety audit etc.
